CSR

Tecnotramit’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) establishes different spheres to integrate and manage social responsibility in relation to politics, ethics, community in general, human rights, the environment, our clients, and our employees.

We manage our business responsibly and ethically and are dedicated to the community so our decisions and activities impact people and the environment positively.

Additionally, a set of policies, internal rules, and codes of conduct have been agreed upon to guarantee responsible and ethical behaviours throughout the company.

Responsibility Towards Our Clients

We take responsibility for our work. Therefore, we understand our clients must be provided with the uppermost formal guarantees which include:

Professional Liability policy of up to €5 billion and a Cybersecurity policy of up to €3 billion.

Filling information under the Data Protection Agency.

Implementing adequate security and data protection protocols when processing information. Our tech provides optimal solutions by processing information from a much broader perspective than only data protection.

Carrying out data protection annual audits since 2019.

Annual financial audit. Annual account review and verification, as well as other financial or accounting statements that may affect third parties.

We are a member of the Spanish Financial Institution and Corporation Process and Service Outsourcing Association (Asociación Española de Externalización de Procesos y Servicios para Entidades Financieras y Corporaciones, AEPROSER), therefore supporting their code of conduct.

We are committed to the United Nations Global Compact so the 10 principles become part of our company’s strategy, operations, and culture.

Responsibility Towards Our Teams

Since we are a service provider, our strength lies in people. Career path development, internal promotions, and continuous training are basic elements to ensure maximum efficiency when executing our projects.

Tecnotramit promises to establish and develop policies to include equal treatment and opportunities between all people by not discriminating either directly or indirectly in terms of gender. We also promise to drive and encourage steps to achieve real equality in the heart of our organisation by establishing equal opportunities between all people as a strategic approach of our Corporate and Human Resources Policy according to the definition in the Organization Act No. 3/2007 of 22 March, on effective equality between men and women. See Equality Commitment Statement.

Moreover, we signed the Diversity Charter and therefore respect current regulations when it comes to equal opportunities and non-discrimination by dedicating ourselves to its principles. We want to raise awareness concerning our commitment towards diversity and labour inclusion.

Responsibility Towards The Environment

We are dedicated towards the environment. That is why we introduced in our Barcelona offices an Integrated Quality and Environmental Management System according to UNE-EN ISO 9001:2015 (Quality Management), UNE-EN ISO 14001:2015 (Environmental Management), and UNE-EN ISO/IEC 27001:2013 (Information Security Management) requirements.

Additionally, sustainability is a core value in our GIS policy. Our goal is to minimise our environmental footprint and protect nature by avoiding pollution, promoting sustainable use of resources and energy, and fostering reuse and recycling activities.

A list of actions are carried out within the company aimed at respecting and taking care of our surroundings, as well as obeying current business activities and applicable law. Nevertheless, these actions must not only be carried out by members of our company but also by suppliers and subcontractors.

Our suppliers and subcontractors are informed of the need to be consistent with Tecnotramit’s course of action and of the significance of accomplishing our Quality and Environmental Policy.
