The Plenary Session of the Barcelona Chamber of Commerce has approved the appointment of Vicenç Hernández Reche, CEO of Tecnotramit, as the new president of the Barcelonès Nord area. The corporation chaired by Josep Santacreu has made its election effective in an ordinary plenary session held in La Llotja de Mar.
The new president will succeed Pere Alemany, who held the position for the last term. Specifically, the delegation, which covers the cities of Badalona, Santa Coloma de Gramenet and Sant Adrià de Besós, will finalise its renewal in the coming weeks, when the new president will name the businessmen who will make up the new territorial council for the next four years.
Hernández Reche is a member of the Chamber of Commerce for his position as vice-president of the Official Association of Real Estate Agents (COAPI) of Barcelona, which he combines with the presidency of the Association of Real Estate Agents of Catalonia (AIC) and the National Association of Real Estate Agents (ANAI).
An entrepreneur with more than 20 years of experience in the real estate and financial sectors, Hernández Reche is an economist with a PhD in Economic Psychology. In addition, he is a founding partner of the consulting firm ENLACE, which specialises in connecting technology and innovation with the real estate and financial world, and vice-president of the Spanish Proptech Association (ASPE) and the Spanish Association for the Outsourcing of Processes and Services (AEPROSER), the employers’ association for companies dedicated to banking and real estate outsourcing.
An expert in Investment Banking, Private Banking and management of wealth and real estate services in different entities and companies, the executive has held positions of responsibility at CaixaBank, Banco Santander, Bankinter, Banco Sabadell and Banco Popular, among other entities. He is also a board member and advisor to several strategic consulting companies and in the Proptech and Fintech sectors.

A consultant and lecturer, the economist is an associate professor at universities and business schools in Spain and Latin America where he teaches specialising in Finance, Economic Psychology, Organisational Behaviour and Corporate Strategy.
